ALERT: TRAFFIC & PARKING IMPACT DUE TO ROAD WORK

S. 21st Street is now reopened with change to traffic pattern on Dolly Roberson Way/C Street!

Thank you for your patience during the road closure! S 21st street is now open again for regular use. There is a new traffic signal at the intersection of S 21st Street and C Street, which should help avoid traffic back-ups with vehicles leaving Cragle lot. With the new signal, the Dolly Roberson/C Street loop is now completely one-way - vehicles can no longer turn onto C Street from S 21st Street. Please see our updates and advisories page for map.

AUTUMN 2025: September 17 @ 12:00 AM to October 7 @ 11:59 PM

WINTER 2026: December 29 @ 12:00 AM to January 18 @ 11:59 PM

SPRING 2026: March 23 @ 12:00 AM to April 19 @ 11:59 PM

SUMMER 2026: June 15 @ 12:00 AM to July 5 @ 11:59 PM

Recent updates from Transportation Services

New pedestrian crossing on S. 21st Street: The City is installing a new signaled crosswalk at S. 21st Street and C Street. It is expected to be operational by July 31. See the full Traffic Advisory here.
Short-Term Parking Limits in Cragle + Pinkerton North: PayByPhone settings have been updated to enforce existing short-term parking policies. These locations both have a 3-hour limit. Tioga and TPS lots still remain available for All-Day parking! See all hourly lot rates and time limits here.
